Located on a lifestyle block this private unit has everything you need and is only 5 minutes drive to Three Parks or 10 minutes into the heart of Wanaka. Location is between Wanaka and the airport, only a minute or two drive to the lavender farm. The unit is attached to our shed, it has 1 bedroom, bathroom and an open plan kitchen/dining/lounge with excellent indoor outdoor flow. Owned by a young family, please make sure you’re ok with hearing kids and sounds that come from a rural environment

Room With A View

Enjoy peace and privacy in a unique self-contained space with panoramic views of the Clutha River and surrounding mountains. As there is no wifi available its a great place to disconnect. Situated at Queensberry Hills we are a 20 minute drive from Cromwell and Wanaka and 60 minutes from the Queenstown airport. There are numerous vineyards in the area to enjoy a glass of local wine. If you enjoy walking there are a couple of tracks close by where you can enjoy the river or a good hill walk

Just Bee is a purpose built one bedroom apartment located in beautiful Wanaka. This brand new stylish and spacious fully equipped unit is a short 5 minute drive to Wanaka Township. Located at the base of Mt Iron (perfect for a short hike to some of the best views you'll find). Beautiful one bedroom, with full kitchen, living room and separate bathroom. You’ll love my place because of the modern attractive apartment, and its close proximity to our wonderful neighbourhood. Enjoy the Lake and Mountain views from the local walking/biking trails.. My place is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. It has a single bed for the third person.

Self contained detached stone cottage. Immaculately presented, the cottage is very private and has magnificent garden, mountain and lake panoramic views. Large bedroom upstairs with a super king bed and a small en-suite. Downstairs is the living room with a kitchenette. The cottage is located in a quiet neighbourhood, 4km from the town centre and 500m from Penrith Beach. Walking, hiking and mountain bike trails are all close.

Scott's Beach is a short 5 minute walk East and or for the nimble you can access the lake by going directly down the bank. The local store/cafe/restaurant and Lake Hawea Hotel are 2 mins walk away.

Yaya's House is beautifully placed with easy access to the Lake Hawea River track, short walk/bike to the stunning crystal blue waters of Lake Hawea. 10 minute drive to delicious pastries in Albert town and 15 minutes drive to the bustle of Wanaka. A peaceful place to return to after a day of exploring.
