We’re sharing our lakefront home so others may enjoy the nice, clear water for swimming, fishing, boating, skiing, kayaking; you name it! Fish off our boat dock, swim in our sandy bottom shore area, float, or borrow our kayaks. There are nearby public boat ramps, a public sandy beach area, camp ground, & RV park, too. There are also restaurants right on the lake as well as nearby. *More nights booked = cheaper nightly rate.

This comfy cabin, nestled in the pines, located along the shoreline on Lake Hawkins, is perfect for singles, couples, small families, colleagues or friends. The amazing views as well as stunning sunsets may just take your breath away! Come relax at the lakeside firepit or fish, swim or anchor your boat at the private, covered dock. One bedroom with king bed, 1 full bath & 1 half bath, Wi-Fi, Roku TV, fully stocked kitchen & more! Pets welcome with a $60 fee. We'd love to host your stay! :)

RV #1 - Bring an overnight bag and enjoy the lake.

Camp at Lake Hawkins in one of our fully set up RV's. You have 3 different RV's to choose from and only a short walk to the lake. Each of the 3 RV's sits on a half acre so there is plenty of room to bring a tent for larger groups or rent all 3 RV's. When you reach the lake enjoy the common beach, BBQ and bar. If you have a boat to launch we have a private concrete boat ramp, a large open field for secure parking while you enjoy the lake. We have bicycles, canoe and Kayaks for rent cheap.

Enjoy the slow, quiet streets and paths and amenities such as lakes, fishing (no fishing license needed), golf, tennis, pickleball, & pool. A good place for quiet nature lovers.

Magnolia Pines @ Holly Lake Ranch

Magnolia Pines is an industrial farmhouse styled home located inside the quiet, gated, retirement community of Holly Lake Ranch. We are here often so our home has everything you need to relax or adventure non-stop. The main house sleeps 6 in 2 bedrooms. The Bunkhouse is a separate structure located above the garage that sleeps an additional 10. We are 1 minute from the lake, pickleball courts, pool, hiking trails, mini golf, playground, and frisbee golf!

Grannie's Guest House

My place is 6 miles east of Mineola, TX. Close to antique shopping, Mineola nature preserve, public lakes, 30 minutes to Canton First Monday trades days, and many other spotlights in East Texas. You’ll love my place because of the cozy, farmhouse atmosphere and country living. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Not suitable for kids or children, and I do not allow pets or animals of any kind on the property.

Come and enjoy a slice of heaven. Mother Nature has provided a beautiful scenery full of nature sounds and calls of the wild. You can sit on the screen porch overlooking the lake and feel peace. You can sit by a fire outdoors and feel free and private and safe and hear the crickets and bullfrog. There's nothing but love, peace and joy here. There's room for social distancing and I covid clean and I am vaccinated.
