This property is unique as a brand new constructed house for you to enjoy on the west side of Lake Bemidji. In the morning you may hear the loons on the lake with your windows open or sitting calmly on the back patio. You can cook in the full kitchen and enjoy the grill in your own backyard sanctuary. Book a vacation in beautiful Northwest Minnesota. House is on lovely Lake Alice, 7 miles from Lake Itasca State Park, 35 minutes south of Bemidji. Lake Alice does not have public access and, as a result, sees very little boating traffic - often, you'll be the only one on the water. Hike the miles of public land in the area, bird watch or get into the water. If fishing is your thing, the lake is teeming with Northern Pike and Crappies. Welcome to Northwoods A-Frame. As you enter the A-Frame, you’ll notice natural light throughout the main level and loft. The main level has one bedroom and one full bathroom with a walk-in tiled shower. The kitchen opens to the living space and there is a wood-burning stove for use in the colder months. The basement has one bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom. The upstairs loft has one bedroom with a queen bed and a half bathroom.
