With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, our lake house is set up to sleep up to 14 people. We provide kayaks for exploring the lake and exclusive rental of a 22' Bennington Tritoon stored at the boat dock for an additional daily fee of $400. (Book at adventurerentalsboat com). This two story home is located at the end of a very quiet cove with plenty of water. The beach has a fresh 6 inches of sand installed for the lake season. The walk to the lake is very short on an almost flat surface. The home will accommodate a family up to six people. The house has two floors. The main floor has a large living room with plenty of comfortable seating and satellite TV service provided. The entire main floor has hard woods along with the Master Bed Room and bed room #2.

Our Lakehouse sits on the beautiful & massive 690 miles of shoreline on Lake Hartwell in a deep water cove located in Townville, SC off Exit 11 on I85 & 5 minutes from Portman Marina & 20 minute drive to CU. This two story house sits in a very quiet residential neighborhood. Lake access is just steps from the back door to get to the dock with a smooth concrete path that has a nice gentle slope to it.
