The home is unique to the area and features a casual, modern space that is peaceful and welcoming. Situated in a somewhat remote location in the woods that surround Beaver Lake. It is 30 min from Crystal Bridges Museum and about 45 min from Eureka Springs. It is part of Lost Bridge Village and about 10 min from Marina that rents boats. LGBT friendly and great for sailors, divers, couples, solo adventurers. The site is quite STEEP however and not for everyone. Wifi often goes out in storms.

Welcome to Pedal and Perch, a custom-designed and built accessory dwelling cabin just minutes from downtown Bentonville, AR, Walmart HQ, and miles of incredible mountain biking. Enjoy a serene setting that tucks you among the trees and makes you feel like you are staying in your own treehouse. The cabin features a custom kitchen, one bathroom, a queen bed in the loft, a pullout sofa on the primary floor, and your very own outdoor bathtub looking in to the valley below.

A Still Point Cabin is the perfect retreat. With a beautiful view of the Ozark mountains from the back deck you can easily escape into nature. Cozy and efficient space makes this cabin the perfect setting for your getaway with friends and family. With a queen bed upstairs, a queen memory foam pull-out couch, and a queen size Cordaroy convertible bag-chair (only big enough for two small children) there is plenty of room for everyone. The cabin offers a fully stocked game room, with a dart board, foosball table, board games, and a tv with video games. In addition, it offers a fire pit completely surrounded by nature, a grill, a two person hot tub and outdoor games. The living room features a large sofa, a smart tv, and a dvd library.

Located on the ridge above Red Bud Valley, it offers a grand view from its porch with a gabled roof, hand-carved posts, and comfy wooden rockers. Sunsets from the porch are memorable. If you prefer sunrises, enjoy the early morning in the log swing next to the parking area. The Heart Shaped Tub is a romantic jetted tub to set the mood.
