A stone's throw from Verbania, the pearl of the lake, and from the border with Switzerland (Cannero, Cannobio), this small apartment of 45 square meters within the historic village of Ghiffa was completely renovated in 2012, with the artistic and delicate taste of the owner, an Italian painter and illustrator (some of the decorations that adorn the interior belong to her). Maple floor, antique oak beams, stone walls, which have been plastered only to make the rooms more comfortable and clean, the unit is part of a larger villa of the beginning of the nineteenth century (also recently renovated), but it is independent. It is located in an area where no cars can access (the car park is only 200 meters far), surrounded by the silence and the peace of the Maggiore’s Riviera. A small beach is accessible by foot to less than 100 meters from the house. Several walks start in the direction of the hill. Among them, with a climb of about 15 minutes, you can reach the famous Sacro Monte (Holy Mount) of Ghiffa, since 2003 UNESCO World Heritage Site. Through a separate entrance (about 15 meters along the small street of stone close to the property) it is possible to access a portion of the garden reserved for guests, with a gorgeous 180 degree view of Lake Maggiore. The two rooms are organized as follows: the living room, with a little kitchen and the dining area, is equipped with a sofa bed that becomes easily a double bed; the bedroom has one single bed on the ground and a double bed suspended in midair, about 2 meters in height (not suitable for children, but very amusing for adults!).

Il mio alloggio posto a 600 m d'altezza, è vicino a boschi e sentieri in posizione tranquilla con gradevoli spazi esterni. Comodo posteggio privato proprio sotto casa. E' adatto a coppie, famiglie con bambini e animali. E' a piano terra, può ospitare persone con problemi di deambulazione. Nel cuore della VALSESIA, a pochi KM dal Lago d'Orta e Maggiore, a 5 Km da Varallo Sesia città d'arte con il Sacro Monte e la Pinacoteca e per escursioni in alta e media montagna nella Valle del Monte Rosa.

Quiet studio in charming old hamlet near Locarno

The independent studio in a renovated small stone barn has its own garden and overlooks a car-free traditional hamlet only 15 minutes from Locarno and Verzasca valley. Attached to the modern bedroom is a generous bathroom (an ode to the Caribbean sea) equipped with cooking utensils, 3 electric plates and fridge for your breakfast or a light lunch. No direct road access but a short walk through the hamlet (∼80m) with some minor steps. Limit the weight of your luggage! Free parking in the area.

La Corte del Poeta/intero alloggio

Affascinante suite degli ospiti ideale per il tuo soggiorno atipico nel borgo medioevale di ARCUMEGGIA ( a 560 metri di altitudine). Immerso nel verde dei boschi delle Prealpi e a pochi minuti d'auto dal Lago Maggiore e dai negozi o servizi ( 15 minuti in auto) il borgo è una galleria d'arte all'aperto Per raggiungere il borgo gli ultimi 3 km di strada sono a curve ed in salita . Questo luogo " fuori dal mondo" con pochi abitanti offre arte, natura, cascate e luoghi incantevoli .

In piccolo nucleo storico, tranquillo con muri a pietra e ulivi, trovate ampia camera con due letti in spazi discosti e annesso grande bagno e doccia. La camera si trova al pianoterra. L'accesso è sul retro della casa. Salendo dal posteggio due brevi rampe di scale poi si trova il giardino interno. Il giardino annesso è piacevole e discreto assicura intimità e freschezza. La camera è organizzata per preparare colazione e pasti, con frigo, piastra per cucinare e lavastoviglie.

Bed and breakfast nuovo a Monza

Situato in un condominio tranquillo, con entrata indipendente il mio alloggio è a 10' a piedi dalla stazione FS e quindi molto comodo per chi deve andare a Milano e a RHO FIERA(35').Inoltre è a 15'dall'inizio della zona pedonale (centro) e a 5'dalle fermate degli autobus. L'alloggio è adatto sia a singoli che a coppie e a chi viaggia per lavoro. Parcheggio libero nella via. In zona ci sono diversi negozi, bar, ristoranti e un supermercato. Restaurants and supermarkets are 5 minutes by car. The Hygge accommodation offers: double bedroom, parking, bathroom with shower, small breakfast corner, garden, Wi-Fi and TV. The room doesn't have a kitchen. Smoking is allowed outside only.
