We are a short walk from UW-Madison, Hospitals, State Street & the Capitol. We have a dog, Bella, who stay upstairs, but you could see her wandering outside. We have been inspected & are licensed with the city. ZTRHP1-2020-00027. Ask prior to arrival about the use of our high-quality mid-drive ebikes when you stay (for a small fee).

Large bedroom with plenty of storage and finished attic for the kids or additional guests. Mudroom with laundry and relaxing front porch add to this spacious home. Outside is the true GEM, with adorable patio area just waiting for fire pit gatherings. Located close to parks, canoe/kayak launch, eateries, and shopping. Quick drive to downtown Madison!

Mill House Retreat

The Mill House Retreat is a 2 story loft set in a park like setting next to the Sugar River. Built in 1864, this stone grist mill has soaring 15ft ceilings, original fittings and luxurious finishes. You will be greeted by chesterfield sofas, a large bar, a copper tub and comfortable beds. Just minutes to bike trails, live music, restaurants, and bars. Guests are welcome to have local friends over to enjoy the setting and reminisce. Madison, New Glarus and Epic are just minutes away.

Private guest suite on beautiful Lake Mendota

Cozy guest suite/basement apartment with separate entrance for nature lovers. Lake and capitol views from breakfast nook with microwave and mini fridge and coffeemaker. Full kitchen coming fall 2025. Quiet, woodsy, neighborhood adjacent to Governor Nelson State Park. Completely painted and updated 7/25/24. Tiki level, pier, and kayaks for guest use. People love the views, the hot tub and woods. It is a 1929 cabin so many stairs, some indoor insects and limited space. Well behaved pets welcome!

Creative souls love my marvelous studio retreat, a delightful one-room loft-style space featuring tall ceilings, an entire wall of sliding glass doors, kitchenette, piano, and an expansive view of a picturesque barn, pasture, and wooded hills. This amazing, heated, spacious country getaway has no plumbing— it's just a few steps across the yard to the main house guest bathroom. Come create, relax, and renew here! Well-behaved dogs, included in your reservation, must be leashed when outside.

Lakefront 3BR Retreat – Sauna · HotTub · Fireplace

Stay in your private 3BR, 2BA section of our lakefront home. Paddle from the dock and unwind in the hot tub or sauna. You’re moments from Willy Street restaurants and right on the bike path. Start mornings with coffee on the private balcony, spend afternoons on the water or biking the city, and end the day grilling or roasting marshmallows by the fire. Inside, enjoy a full kitchen, living spaces, parking, and a peaceful retreat. (Paddleboards and pontoon to rent available in warmer months.)

YurtCation

YurtCation is a relaxing getaway with lake frontage and nature trails. There is another yurt about 300ft up the same driveway. There are a total of two yurts and two homes that have access to the same 17 acre lake. Each yurt is off the grid and has their own queen-sized comfy bed, wood stove, Weber grill w/charcoal, fire pit, firewood, fresh water, canoe, and clean Porto Potty. Pet Policy: Max two - Must be in your sight and supervised at all times or $500 fine and check out immediately.

Lakeview Loft - Downtown Madison

Stay in the heart of Madison, enjoying exclusive access to our 3rd floor suite with lake views. Located on a quiet street along the Lake Loop bike path/Lake Monona, and close to Willy Street (0.3 mi), the Sylvee (1.1 mi), the Capitol (1.7 mi), Monona Terrace (1.6 mi), and Camp Randall (3.3 mi). Self check-in with keypad and ample parking. Wifi is over 500 Mbps download/upload speeds. #ZTRHP1-2022-00022 Note: Loft is accessed by 3 flights of stairs! Space has coffee bar only (no kitchen).

The little Green Birdhouse-McFarland/Monona

Adorable tiny house located just 1/2 block to Lake Waubesa with public lake access. It's a 1/2 mile walk to the Yahara bike path, access to the Capital City bike path and into downtown Madison. Spacious, open living room. Open concept kitchen with butcher block countertops. One bedroom with an attached full bath. Laminate hardwood floors throughout. 2 car parking pad. Large backyard with a firepit, brand new fence, and a nice view of the lake. The neighborhood is quiet and welcoming.

Riverbluff Cottage *near WI's best hiking& Cascade

This cottage is located in a beautiful rural setting. Set back off the main street on a private dead-end gravel drive. It's quiet and dark. This is a simple, clean, and affordable space for those who are looking to get closer to nature. Conveniently located nearly equidistant to Madison, Wisconsin Dells, and Devil's Lake State Park. A wonderful HQ for exploring the natural beauty of Driftless Wisconsin. Plenty of hiking, skiing, wineries, and agri-tourism. This cabin is part of a duplex.

Quiet / peaceful / positive vibes place perfect for a couple but can do one more (twin-size floor mattress / PacknPlay). *NOTE: Must pre-approve pets with initial booking & only booked guests allowed - this is how we feel most safe hosting in our home. No smokers (of any kind) here. Strict quiet hours. My wife Marla and I are so happy to share our sweet sunny lower-level space with you - she built it herself! We live upstairs with our adorable rescue dogs + old aloof cat Tanner.
