A newly built house, this modern paradise features beautiful views, a resort style pool & hot tub, & a state of the art dock with a prime seating area. Step out the front door onto the most popular walking trail in San Angelo. Come and experience the Nasworthy Cove for yourself. The master wing is closed off and off limits. But, you will be the only ones in the house. This listing is not suitable for children. No parties, pets, or events.

Lakeside at its best. Please bring towels for outdoor use. Home is on the lake. Pull your boat up to the dock, fish,kayak, or relax on dock. Return to spacious home with 5 smart tv’s and WI-FI for everyone’s fun 3 spacious living areas to enjoy games and a pool table to prove who is best. Newly remodeled 3 bedroom 2 bath lake house that is located on Lake Nasworthy. This house is located in a no wake zone that is great for swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing. House is located near boat ramps, and there is plenty of room for your boat or boats at the dock. Covered dock is the perfect place to hang out and catch a few fish, or just watch the sunset and enjoy a glass of your favorite glass of why are you not booking now.
