Genieße deinen Urlaub in dieser ruhigen und zentral gelegenen Unterkunft. Appartements AVA, 2023 neu renovierte Ferienwohnungen. AVA 1 ist eine 60 m2 Wohnung im ersten Stock des Hauptgebäudes. Die Wohnung ist für 4 Personen gedacht und besteht aus zwei großzügigen Schlafzimmern, einer Wohnküche, einem kleinen Eingangsbereich und einem Bad mit WC. Beide Schlafräume sind mit einer Klimaanlage versehen und haben eine eigene Terrasse mit seitlichem Seeblick. Die Entfernung zum See ist 250m.

A légkondicionált ház jó elhelyezkedésű, közvetlen szomszédok nincsenek, a meglévők kellő távolságra vannak. Nyaralónk nem közvetlen vízparti, de az út túloldalán már a szabályozott Duna-ág húzódik. A helyi idegenforgalmi adó külön fizetendő, melynek mértéke 300 HUF/fő/éj.

Z terasy hausbótu je možné sledovať ryby, bobrov, kačice či labute. Zároveň je možnosť objaviť okolie na kanoe, paddleboarde alebo bicykli.

Herzlich willkommen im wunderschönen Seewinkel! Ich bin BALU - ein rund 30² großes Tiny House, gebaut aus Naturmaterialien und liebevoll eingerichtet. Bei mir wird Nachhaltigkeit ganz groß geschrieben, denn mein Strom kommt von der Sonne und durch meine Bio-Trenntoilette wird viel Wasser eingespart. Wenn es kühler wird, sorgt mein Holz-Pellets-Ofen für eine besondere Atmosphäre. Meine riesige Terrasse lädt zum Entspannen ein und auch im Garten gibt's Einiges zu entdecken.

Ideal zu zweit, bis zu drei Pärchen, zwei Familien - oder einfach als Home-Office. Eine Sauna im Aussenbereich lädt ein zum Schwitzen und danach zum Sprung in den See. Direkt vor dem auf mehr als 2000 m2 großen Grundstück finden Sie eine faszinierende Tierwelt, die Graurinder und Wasserbüffel weiden direkt vor dem Grundstück auf dem das Haus steht.
