The tiny home is located in a forest setting (hike in) area on our property, with access and views of a 10 acre pond. We provide a canoe and a row boat for use on the pond. Limited kitchen....outdoor cooking only, a propane grill is provided. This is more of an off grid site and we encourage you to enjoy the outdoor surroundings & wildlife. Original 1960s Camper near Seneca Lake

This 1961 camper is located on 75 acres of trees, creeks, fields. It's situated in a gully, privately located, amongst some black walnut trees for shade. It has 2 beds and will sleep 4. There's also a small bunk bed. There's no running water in the camper but there's plenty available. The bathroom's located about 60' away, designated for guests using the camper & tree tent. The property is a short drive to the east side of Seneca Lake. Swimming is great in the clean water.

This is a great camper for groups/big families. This 37ft bunk house with 2 slide outs is spacious as they come. Manufactures says sleep 9 but that’s up to you. It has a queen bed with a dedicated small work space bedroom, a back bedroom with the possibility of 4 bunks, a couch that’s pulls out into a bed and the table turns into a bed as well. FULL SIZE fridge. Plenty of room to freeze your catch.
