Steph's Cozy Apartment -newly renovated

Our newly renovated apartment has all you need to enjoy a nice trip to south Louisiana. Kitchen and bath is equipped with pots, pans, spices, cutlery, utensils, dishes, and even light breakfast items. Bath has all towels and toiletries available for use. Our apartment is located upstairs above our carport but has its own private entrance along with own air conditioner/heating system. Our place will sleep 5 comfortably. We offer an Ice Machine to help with those fishing trips and local travels.

Renovated 2 bedroom shotgun double, near the historic Marigny neighborhood. Marigny music venues, coffee shops and restaurants start 6 blocks away. One block away is the beautiful Saint Roch Cemetery and Saint Roch Blvd. 1 mile away is the French Quarter. I live on the other side of the double and am happy to make any recommendations! City Park and the Lakefront are in biking walking/biking distance. Owners are available as needed. NO PARTIES . NO EVENTS . No smoking!! Sorry I do not rent to locals. (Got "burned" by someone trashing the house and throwing a party)
