This one bedroom house offers one queen bed and a pull-out sofa to sleep a total of 4 people. The house offers a private boat ramp, docks, and quick access to the gulf. Country setting, FREE use of the Kayaks and golf cart, or take the kayaks to Rainbow River, my place is on the “Withlacoochee River” so you would put in at the neighborhood ramp and paddle North to get to the Rainbow River. The KP Hole and Rainbow Springs State Park are 10-15 min away. You can bring your own boat, “there is a boat ramp in the neighborhood”, and local ramps in town. Relax by the fire in the evening. Peaceful, quiet and only 10 minutes from town for shopping and dining.

Cute, comfortable, and convenient home perfect for the whole family to relax in or kick off your adventures. Central to everything the area has to offer whether it is hiking, kayaking, tubing, golf, scalloping, fishing, scuba diving, biking, or even mermaids. The house is secluded and quiet. The neighborhood is not built out in this area. You will have to drive to any activity or to get supplies. The street in front of the house is a little rough but not bad.

This property has direct access to multiple lakes prime for bass fishing. Bring your boat and launch from the private community boat ramp or public ramp and dock up at our dock house. We are located one mile from downtown Inverness and its shops, restaurants, parks, and bike trails.

Upon arrival read the local information guide I have written and start enjoying the “Nature Coast” of Florida. It is essential to read this to get the most from your trip. Use my kayaks and paddle over the manatees in Crystal River, fish the gulf for saltwater or freshwater fishing at Lake Rousseau, and take a leisurely paddle down the Rainbow River in Dunnellon. Kayaks are on a trailer that has a 1 7/8-inch ball.
