Bring your boat: this property is 15 minutes from Umphrey Pavilion and only 1 mile from Sandy Creek Boat Ramp. You are welcome to fish anywhere on the property.

This >3,000 sf home is located in close proximity to Rayburn Country Resort and Golf Club, as well as restaurants, gas stations, boat ramps, and grocery stores.
