It has air conditioning, a private garage with a NEMA 14-50 outlet for Tesla/EV charging, plus an additional parking space. Convenient location near parks, shops, and easy access to Bellevue and Seattle.

The entire east wall is floor-to-ceiling windows with views that peek through trees and show glimpses of Lake Washington. Enjoy a spa-like, relaxing and luxurious stay with amenities including a private hot tub, fire pit and soaking tub! Unwind, relax and sip on a glass of wine in the hot tub or roast some S'mores on the deck. Rivers, farms and trails are near by. We are approx. 40 min from Seattle (no traffic). Note: This suite includes a kitchenette, no full kitchen.

Pine Lake View 1br Private Suite

Watch as eagles soar over the lake and above the towering fir trees from the patio. Soak up the bright, contemporary design of this curated lakeside suite on Pine Lake, brew some coffee and relax. Please note - no lake or dock access available at this property. The apartment is in the basement of our house, but you'll have exclusive access to it via a separate entrance. We live in the house upstairs, so will be available to answer any questions you may have.

Our studio apartment has a private entrance and a private Juliet balcony to enjoy stunning views of Puget Sound. Sleep in comfort on a Tempurpedic bed with adjustable head and foot lift. Additional sofa bed for extra guests. All necessities provided. Private indoor pool with views out to Puget Sound. Many attractions are within a 10 minute walk, including Mukilteo beach, the ferry terminal, the Sounder train to downtown Seattle or Mukilteo town.

Short walk (0.5 miles) to light rail Beacon Hill Station and close to Metro bus routes ((#36 and #60). Quick ride to stadiums (1.7 miles). One-bedroom apartment with en suite bathroom and full kitchen. Ideal for two adults sharing a bed. Private location surrounded by trees at the end of residential alley. This apartment is a daylight basement with its own private entrance. Steps to the private entrance are not wheelchair accessible.
