Welcome to Seminole FL! A cozy 1 bedroom home that sleeps 4 conveniently. With a private yard to relax and bbq. Located near beaches, shopping and nightlife. Within minutes to dining and parks with playgrounds, fishing, walking/ jogging/ bike paths and serene views. A 9 minute (3.7 mile) drive to Madeira beach an 20 to 30 minutes to many other popular beaches. This is a HIGH TRAFFIC location, located off an intersection and very busy!! Also this is an unfinished driveway half of it is shells!
