Suitable for all seasons but backyard river-lounging in the warmer months may take the cake. 25 minutes from Sierra @ Tahoe and 40 mins to Heavenly in South Lake Tahoe for you skiers + boarders. After pouring our heart and soul into this home, we hope the property draws the same emotional response from you all as it does for us!

Upstairs queen bedroom, a pull out sofa bed downstairs, and pull out twin bed in the loft. Please note inquire if you’d like to bring a pet. Pets are limited to one dog 30lbs or less. This is an ideal romantic vacation spot for couples. It is located in a quiet, serene neighborhood and has a large deck to enjoy. There is usually snow in winter. This is a kid friendly property with a pack-n-play, booster seat, and a play kitchen area in the downstairs. There is a king bed located upstairs in the loft (winding staircase is steep) and a double bed located downstairs in a bedroom. In the warmer months, enjoy a short stroll to the lake front beach and pier for swimming and water sports or enjoy miles of safe lake side bike and walking paths or trek out to the trails that surround us including Eagle Rock.
