Relax and enjoy the stunning rural and mountain views from our stylish modern home. Situated in a very peaceful and quiet subdivision, you can literally jump off the deck onto a reserve. It's only a 4 minute drive to the shops or a 2 minute walk down to the beautiful lake front. Because our property is not fenced it is not suitable for children under the age of 5 years old. Please note we only accept guests who have already had good AirBnB reviews history and the garage is not available.

Arrive to a wood-fired hot tub, steaming with fresh Fiordland spring water to soak the day away Friendly sheep, alpacas and calves will be close for pats and photos. Games are provided or simply relax beneath the stars. Sleep well in the king bed with soft linen, and enjoy our bird song..and maybe see the wild deer run past. We are a green, eco friendly and completely sustainable accommodation choice.

Black's Hut - Lakefront Cottage

Black's Hut sits on the shores of Lake Te Anau with expansive uninterrupted views of Fiordland. Built in 2022 with quality fixtures and furnishings, entertainment system and hot tub. Excellent unlimited wifi. Black's Hut has been specifically set up to accommodate adults with two separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Extremely private with extensive plantings. Bike track and reserve between the cottage and lake. Just a 15 minute walk along the lakefront to shops and cafes.

Titiroa

Relax and take a breath before or after your adventures through Fiordland. A cozy caravan that has been rennovated and turned into a bright cute bedroom. Everything has been made by Nigel. A few steps outside take you into the garage, where you find the hallway with a basic kitchenette. The new bathroom is at the end of the hallway. It has also been rennovated by Nigel.

Moana Haven

Gorgeous freshly renovated cottage, literally 2 minutes walk from the holly ford cafe in the heart of te Anau. You’re going to love it as much as we do. Once you arrive, you won’t need to get in the car again to explore the town, get to the restaurants or the lake. Moana Haven is centrally located, stylish and quiet.

Located within walking distance of the town and the beautiful Lake Te Anau, Kazza's Barn is the perfect location for you to enjoy what Fiordland has to offer. The Barn is situated beside a greenway giving the kids extra space to play.
