Our place is a short walk to the University of Oklahoma Campus, Historic Downtown Arts District, restaurants, and dining. The Prancing Pony is a quiet and secluded cabana with beautiful garden and pool. The ambiance, the outdoor space, and neighborhood make this the ideal location for exploring the best of Norman. This apartment is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The apartment has one, gated parking spot. Also included is the use of an outdoor grill. Enjoy the complimentary goodies in the room including a Keurig, toaster, soft drinks, wine, beer, and snacks. Feel free to enjoy the pool during your stay during the warm months. We may or may not be sharing the pool area with you during your stay. While this room is ideal for the independent traveler, we are always just text away (with the exception of late night check-ins - for those, we will chat with you in the morning!) We will send you information to check yourself into the room on your own before your arrival. Our home is on the same property, but detached from the Prancing Pony. While we do offer wifi, some guests have reported that the connection can be spotty. We are doing our best to remedy that, but for the present, it might be an issue if your stay relies on wifi connectivity. The Prancing Pony is very close to both the Historic Downtown Arts District and the Campus Corner areas. Walking to both is easy! Shops, restaurants, and arts experiences. The Amtrak station is close, walkable to Prancing Pony if arriving by train. The Prancing Pony has a private driveway just off of Duffy. Parking is easy and secure!
Klippie's Khaya has, over the last year, become a box of stories! It is a beautifully renovated bungalow in the heart of the city and the ideal place for long or short visits. Within walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores and just 1.5 miles from the University of Oklahoma campus. The khaya is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). We easily accommodate four guests but can welcome up to six people.
