Newly equipped with high end appliances and finishes, Cherished Haus is a short drive from downtown Honesdale’s Main Street boutiques and eateries, and is convenient to area restaurants, Lake Wallenpaupack, and other local attractions. It is also centrally located to large box stores, supermarkets, and a liquor store, making it easy to pick up the essentials for your stay.

We have been visiting the Poconos for a number of years. Finally, we had decided to move there permanently…haven’t looked back since. This area is everything outdoorsy kind of people can look for – so much to see and do! As far as the chalet, we have been told by multiple groups that the kitchen is very well-stocked. The place is prepared with the intention of making it a themed, cozy, affordable, and above all clean place where our guests can enjoy themselves, no matter where they come from.

Scranton welcomes you! Secluded Scranton Suite is in the heart of the historic Nativity section of Scranton. Downtown Scranton is less than 1 mile away, guests can easily walk everywhere downtown in just a few minutes. Also less than 1 mile away are all 3 major hospitals, the University of Scranton, numerous restaurants, bars, coffee shops. If you prefer to drive, guests are provided with a well lit reserved off street parking spot suitable for only 1 vehicle.
