A-Frame Bluegill Cabin is a waterfront retreat with an open floor plan living room and furnished kitchen. King bed and full bath is on main floor, loft has two twin beds in the Aframe peaks. Outside relax in the hot tub overlooking the pond, rinse off in the outdoor shower, cook on the charcoal grill, all on the deck. With the pier extending directly from the deck, puts you just steps from the water. Complete with a fire pit and picnic table, this cabin is perfect for couples and small families.

Dogwood Cabin on Scenic Wooded Mossbridge Farm

Our two cabins Dogwood and Holly are located on a quiet, wooded 10 acre retreat that is 8 miles from Athens. Our special feature is a spring fed creek that flows year round and has it's own micro climate that is perfect for native ferns, mixed hardwood forest and dogwoods. We have provided a nature trail for bird watching and exercise. Recently we designed and constructed a beautiful pond with three waterfalls and a deck overhanging the water with chairs for enjoying our private paradise.

Lake Tyler Barndominium With Lake Access

This barndo is 3 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, and an office with a day bed that pulls out to a king. Lake access to Lake Tyler via a private boat ramp on the east side of the lake just down the street from the property. There is great indoor/outdoor capabilities via the garage door out to the porch, where you I'll find outdoor seating. The Kitchen is fully stocked, including coffee for the coffee maker. It is an open concept Kitchen/living combo with a large smart TV for entertainment.

Our secluded house by the lake is two bedroom (one master with a king-size and a 2nd bedroom with 4 kid bunk beds, room to sleep on the couch, too), two bath, kitchen, washer, dryer, games, gas fire pit, decks, dock, tall trees, and tranquility. Near the south end of the lake and it is shallow. Great fishing. Not too far to FIFA WC matches (2:15 to AT&T and 3:00 to NRG).
