Great family stay in modern house

Our house is based in the quiet town of Lake Hawea, close to the lake and only a 15min drive away from beautiful Wanaka. Summer and winter there is plenty going on in the area and you will not run out of things to do. We have a 3 bedroom house that is perfect for families to come and stay. The house is sunny, warm and spacious with a nice garden and large deck with barbecue area. For breakfast you can help yourself to some fresh eggs from our very own (quiet) chickens.

Incredible lake and mountain views from both indoor and two outdoor living areas. Recently renovated the house is comprised of three double en-suite bedrooms, large open plan kitchen with all new appliances and a butlers pantry, a large living/dining area upstairs and a separate adult media room. Downstairs you’ll find a large bunk room with a separate bathroom and additional separate toilet along with a kid’s media room.

Situated in the picturesque Makarora Valley, just 45 minutes from Wanaka, on the edge of Mount Aspiring National Park, Makarora Bach is a sunny, open-plan house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an outdoor bath and fire pit. Set on 2 hectares of level paddocks with magnificent unobstructed mountain views, the house has a fully equipped kitchen, wood burning fire, and sleeps up to six.

Clutha River bike tracks and stunning walking tracks are at our doorstep - and after all that exercise you can return home and relax by the open fire.
