The large backyard has lots of space and privacy! Established in 1821, Micanopy is the oldest inland town and the town that time forgot. Convenient to both Gainesville and Ocala via I-75 and SR 441.

Close to Paynes Prairie Preserve State Park, Micanopy's unique downtown and a short easy drive to UF campus. North of Micanopy on Highway 441 across from Lake Wauberg. A common private driveway from the highway leads up to our two story home and two story detached garage. Uber not a good option. Good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers; and great for Gator friends and fans. Smoke free and no pets please.

Home sits on a small gorgeous pond. Full views of serenity from every room in the house. A great kitchen for cooking with gas stove and stainless cookware. While it's hidden and private, downtown is only a 10 minute drive. Great for Gator games or a writers retreat. We are not offering cable at this time but there is Wifi and 2 TV's so you can hook in if you want to. This house is more of a retreat setting.
