Master Suite complete with king size bed, private entrance, refrigerator, microwave, full size bath with dual vanities and walk in closet. Out back is a huge porch w/couch & two rockers. The fridge comes stocked with soda and water. There's a 55" TV with cable and wifi. The room is secluded from main living area with private access. Guest will have full privacy during stay. Our home is located 5 minutes from I4, HCC Plant City & Downtown Plant City in a Gated community.

This cozy, private suite is located on one of the most desired streets in all of Lakeland, and right near the beautiful Lake Hollingsworth. It is less than a block away from both the lake and Commonground Park. It is located along the I-4 between Tampa (40 min drive) and Orlando/Disney and its attractions (1 hr drive). It has close access to route 98 and the 570 Polk Pkwy and many other attractions, shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. You will love this place!

The guesthouse Cute & Cozy is private yet adjacent to the main house (owner lives) and has its own entrance. Located in central Florida, between Orlando and Tampa; 3 miles from Legoland, 5-10 minute walk from shopping and restaurants on Cypress Gardens Blvd. The Cute & Cozy is also in a great location from Florida's amazing beaches, just under 2 hours east or west. Maybe an hour drive to Disney, SeaWorld and Universal (depends traffic)

Cozy Studio located in one of the best areas in Lakeland (Lake Hollingsworth), near to downtown Lakeland and the main universities. It's 40 minutes from Disney World Park and an hour from Clear Water Beach. It's a central but quiet neighborhood, close to Public Supermarket, restaurants and gas station. Without a doubt, a cozy space !!! Please ask if you need something different, then what I have listed.

Welcome to Orlando! This space is perfect for you. You will have your own bathroom, mini kitchen, AC, patio, and prívate entrance. Smoking is no allowed inside but you will have a smoking area. A comfortable and prívate studio; you will feel like home. The arrival time is flexible, the check-out is at 10 am, if you leave at 10:05 or need extra time there is a charge of $10 dollars per hour
