There are tons of cute local shops, restaurants and things to do. Active community life offers opportunities for educational lectures, cultural arts performances and recreational activities. The house is right in the center of the community, has tons of sleeping space, a full kitchen, grill, tv's, washer/dryer and more!

Between the lengthy enclosed patio at the front and the recently painted deck in the back, there are plenty of opportunities to enjoy the outdoors in comfort at our family cottage. Access to the property requires daily Chautauqua passes. Our cottage is your escape to enjoy the beauty of the peninsula! Please note that while we are on Lakeside property, we are just outside the fence. Buy a day pass to enter during the season, but don't pay for the time you won't be in Lakeside. Cedar Point, Port Clinton, Catawba Island, East Harbor, the Marblehead Lighthouse & the island ferries are close by. Beaches, parks, fishing, marinas, restaurants, bars, wineries and shops are minutes away. Truly something for everyone to enjoy!

Our cottage is close to the center of Lakeside, within walking or biking distance to the lakefront and Central Park, Hoover Auditorium, Rhein Arts Center, tennis courts, shops and dining. Nearby places to visit include Cedar Point, Marblehead Lighthouse & Lake Erie Islands. This rustic, 1881 historic cottage is great for couples and families (with kids). New in 2022- back deck, refinished upstairs floors, new flooring in kitchen and bath, on demand hot water heater, washer and dryer.
