Centrally located, we are within a few minutes drive to the State Capitol, the University of Nebraska, and Lincoln's three hospitals. The upstairs apartment in this beautiful stone home on a quiet, tree lined neighborhood could be your home base for Husker game weekends, graduations and weddings, marathons, tournaments and road trips. 10 minutes from UNL, completely updated California ranch makes this a great space. Suitable for adults and children 8 and older. Tesla CHARGING STATION ON SITE with user fee of $10 per night. There is an up charge of $15/night per guest past 2, limit of four total.
