Fox Farms Little House is the perfect place to unplug from your busy life...located on a horse farm in Waxhaw, it is a peaceful retreat for a couple looking for relaxation and a beautiful setting. Whether you are walking the 155 acres of trails, relaxing with a good book on the porch, or enjoying the many animals on the property, you will leave here recharged and refreshed. Minutes from downtown Waxhaw, Monroe, and 20 minutes to Ballantyne and Waverly, the Little House is close to everything.

Welcome to The Tacklebox. This cabin has all you need for a perfect getaway on a relaxed working farm. Perfect for a party of three or a nice romantic stay. The cabin is rustic with all the amenities you’ll need! The farm is a 125 acres with 3 stocked ponds. Bring a fishing rod and try your luck at catch and release fishing. You will have the opportunity to see many animals on the farm including dogs. Your dogs are welcome too for an additional fee. We also have horseback riding for a fee.

Welcome to the Hey Loft, a unique, equestrian themed space w/a huge window overlooking the riding arena & pastures. Immerse yourself in the magical world of horses in this serene open studio apartment located on the 2nd floor of the barn. The space is designed in farmhouse/rustic decor. Privacy curtains divide the bed from the rest of the well appointed room. Blinds/black-out curtains are installed over the viewing window. The farm is minutes from the shops & restaurants in historic Waxhaw.

Cozy 1BD 1BA Apartment

Welcome to our charming 1BD 1BA apt on the 2nd floor of a private residence in sought-after Indian Trail. With its own private entrance, access, & parking, privacy and convenience are yours. The unit features a cozy, perfect for light cooking, kitchenette with a sink. Sleeping arrangements include a queen bed, day bed, & pull-out cot, accommodating up to 4 guests comfortably. Surrounded by beautiful pine trees, this peaceful retreat offers a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of life.

The Loblolly Pine Room

This is a one bedroom (King Bed and a single pull out) one bath space with a separate game/entertainment room with a pool table. It has a small coffee/snack bar area. This space is connected to the owner’s home and has a separate outside entrance. You have access to a fishing pond, fire pit and the future Catawba Bend Nature Preserve, walking trails/mountain bike trails nearby. This is a very quiet and cozy space in a country setting. No smoking facility. Close to shopping and restaurants.

Quiet, calm retreat that is super clean and comfortable. It has everything you need from a full kitchen to nearby grocery stores, and a comfy bed to rest. It has a personal work space. Come here to relax or to work in a beautiful, quiet setting. It has a very comfortable queen bed. USC-Lancaster is 10 minutes and MUSC Hospital is less than 5 minutes away.
