Beach House for Holiday Acommodation

Full house available 3 minute walk to beach, park and shops. 2 separate living areas so two families can stay together but in separate areas, 1 upstairs with views and 1 ground floor. Cafe's and Tavern 3 min walk with amazing sunsets over the ocean. 4wd areas not far away along with Yanchep national park. Great place to stay if going to a function at Yanchep Caves or just relax as everything is at your doorstep. Space to park a small caravan if required and pet friendly(house trained only).

Spend your days exploring bush walks or beach walks. You can also bring your boat for that fishing getaway, plenty of parking on site, and the 2Rocks marina is only a 10 minute drive.

Feel relaxed with a stay in the Olive Pickers Cottage . No need to pick olives just enjoy the peace and quiet among the olive trees . The cottage is stand alone and private with verandahs on 2 sides , Inside is open plan -no individual bedrooms. There is a queen bed and if you choose to bring the kids there is a trundle bed . The home is a contemporary interpretation of the West Australian 'beach shack'. This is a home in which to connect with people in the open plan living area, or retreat to a cosy bedroom for privacy. The house is 800m from superb beaches that provide excellent surfing, snorkelling and kite boarding.

Ocean Farm house tucked away behind Lancelin in Nilgen, peace and quite is the name of this game. Away from the city with views of the famous Lancelin sand dunes and the Indian Ocean you can lay in the sun or snuggle up alongside the fire in winter. This is the bush by the ocean, this is not the Hilton. Enjoy the quite and the advantage of having Lancelin town only 10min away, enjoy your time away from the city of Perth only 1.5 hours away.

Coasters Cottage nestled between the sand and sea

Set in a town bountiful in adventure, Coasters captures the restoration needed after a day of waves, 4wd adventures or just a rest from the day to day. This tree bounded property is a few mins walk to the bay, the sand dunes and the Lancelin Sands/Three Emus Restaurant. This original beach house has 4 bedrooms over two levels with the main kitchen on the upper floor. We hope you love Coasters Cottage as much as we do.

Beermullah Shearing Shed

Get cosy and settle into this rustic space. There are all the modern amenities set within this beautifully refurbished Shearing Shed, set in the surrounds of a beautiful cattle farm. There are as many farm walks to lakes and wetlands as you can wish for. Pets are welcome if they are well trained and don't chase cattle.
