Just ten minutes from the lovely tourist town of Montville and just 20 minutes to some of the finest beaches on the sunshine coast. Enjoy the peace and tranquility, unwind whilst surrounded by the sounds of the bush, birdsong and the gentle sounds of our farm animals. The studio is also fully equipped, including air conditioning for those hot summer days.

629 Balmoral Ridge

A private new home, built amongst 35acres of lush bush, with panoramic views out to the coast. The house has 2 large bedrooms with a queen bed and 2 single beds which can be converted to a king bed if needed. There is a fully self contained kitchen, laundry with washing and drying facilities. On the large deck is an outdoor kitchen and ample seating and a dining area. In the main room are very comfortable 3 seater and 2 seater leather lounges set in front of a large TV and fireplace.

Duckin two

Duckin Two is a studio apartment designed for couples who would like to relax and take in the nature and surroundings, with your own seperate bathroom. Amenities include bar fridge, kettle and toaster. You will also be provided with tea and coffee supplies. We now have put a microwave in the studio for your convenience. You can also have access to the Deck area including a BBQ and Swim spa that we use in summer to cool down , it’s not a hot tub ! But lovely on a summers night :)

The Artist Studio

Enjoy the beautiful Sunshine Coast from this secluded hideaway centrally located near glorious beaches and stunning hinterland, an excellent place to unwind after exploring, swimming, dining, sightseeing. The Artist Studio is perfect for a couples getaway. A spacious master queen bedroom overlooking lush garden and forest, double bed in 2nd bedroom, full kitchen, bathroom, laundry, lockup garage, relaxing outdoor spaces - timber veranda and bbq area. Tea, coffee, milk provided.

You have the ground floor all to yourself in a 2 storey house. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. Only 15 minutes drive to the beautiful hinterland town of Maleny and 15 minutes to the popular Australia Zoo or 30 minutes to the beaches at Caloundra. Children are welcome and we provide a high chair, a safety bed rail and a port a cot, if needed. Your dog (no XL dogs like Sait Bernard’s etc.)is welcome. There is a fenced yard. Our own dog is kept upstairs.
