Olive Street Guesthouse

Private guest house with kitchen, bathroom, laundry, private patio, sleeping loft, wood floors, vaulted ceiling, lots of wood detailing, sky lights, key code entry. Central location steps from great restaurants such as Cornucopia, Bar Pierlu, Cocina 1960, Bier Stein, Brails, Claim 52 Kitchen, Newman's Fish Market. One block to bus line, bike share service, and a short walk to Downtown Eugene. Charnel Mulligan Park is a block away and just a couple more blocks to Washington park and College Hill.

About 1-2 miles to rivers where you can walk/bike alongside.

Located off Coburg Rd. in Eugene, OR, this spacious guesthouse offers so much for everyone. Enjoy a large indoor space with private entrance and separate fenced back yard for your well-behaved fur babies. The back yard features a table w/ fire pit and 4 oversized chairs, a gas BBQ and a hammock. Inside features include: CA King bed; living room w/ couch and oversized chair; large TV with soundbar; kitchenette with fridge, countertop oven, cooktops, & microwave; and bathroom with walk-in shower.

Oakdale Cottage

We are located at the base of Spencers Butte with miles of beautiful hiking trails. Three decks, outside hammock and BBQ. Mexican tiles and hard wood floors. Our cottage is just outside of town, and more often then not you may encounter some dust. We thoroughly clean the cottage between every guest and wash every linen in the cottage. If you are a neat freak, this may not be the place for you. (I am adding this to our beautiful listing to address some 3 star reviews on cleaning, simply false).

You will be close to Autzen Stadium/PK Park, shopping and outdoor activities in this incredibly spacious guesthouse, a gem in the heart of Eugene. Situated in a large grassy yard, the house features a fully equipped kitchenette, vaulted ceiling and roomy bathroom. Set up studio-style, the two comfortable queen beds can be curtained off from main living area for privacy. Small pets welcome by prior arrangement. We are located in the South Hills of Eugene. Close to U of O with easy driving access to amenities. The garage guest house sits on 3 wooded acres w/ south views to Creswell and winter views of the Three Sisters to the east. Built in 2020, the studio features a large walk-in shower, full kitchen, and laundry amenities. Sleeps 6 (King, double sleeper sofa, and two twins) Parking for multiple cars if needed. Welcome to Studio 1889. Free parking on site with self check-in. This brand new, adorable, guest house has vinyl plank flooring throughout, large walk-in shower, spacious kitchen has custom cabinets with lots of storage and basic amenities provided. Two person table for dining or remote work. A queen size bed provides maximum comfort as you stream your favorite show on the big screen tv with the free WiFi.
