The cottage is alongside our bungalow at Pentire, with parking on the driveway. Your entrance is separate and secure. The gate opens onto an undercover deck and into an open plan kitchen lounge dining area with 55 " smart TV. The bedroom has a king-size bed built in a wardrobe and 1.5 ensuits. It is situated at the end of our home garden with separate access through the side gate to come and go as you please & a private patio/garden area for yourself to use. There is easy access parking (1 car) in our spacious driveway. You may see us and our teenage puppy in the garden at some point, so feel free to say hi! The Nook is situated on one of the main roads into Newquay. It is to the side of our home, has its own entrance with key safe and is completely self contained which makes it ideal for social distancing. There is private off road parking just outside in front of the flat. It's approx a 20 minute level walk into Newquay town or alternatively there is a bus stop at the bottom of our drive. The closest beach, Porth Beach, is a 5 minute walk away with all the other Newquay Beaches nearby.

Bijou bolt hole with a sunny south aspect, in family garden, which is ideal for the lone traveller, as it only suitable for one person. Work space ready, if guest is travelling for work reasons. WiFi accessible. No TV. Separate, side gate access. Parking on driveway or on road immediately outside side gate. Close to Porth Beach and Chester Road shopping precinct. There is no carbon monoxide alarm, as no gas connection. There are however, the necessary fire alarms and extinguishers.

Little Barn is a beautiful one bedroom barn, down a leafy lane and at the bottom of our garden. We are a short stroll to Porth Beach and within walking distance of several other beaches. A wonderful warm, cosy & comfortable space. The ideal place for a break at any time of the year. Wake up to bird song, take an early morning stroll down the beach, a leisurely walk along the coastal path or simply unwind with a cup of coffee in our beautiful garden or at one of the local cafes.
