Á hjara veraldar bjóðum við uppá gistingu í krúttlegum heimasmíðuðum smáhýsum. Full þjónusta og umhverfisvæn stefna. Grásteinn guesthouse er staðsett á sauðfjárbúinu Holti, Þistilfirði og er gestum velkomið að taka þátt í bústörfum hjá okkur. Holt stendur hátt í landinu og er því einstakt útsýni af bæjarhlaðinu, yfir víðlendar heiðar og strandlengju Þistilfjarðar. Húsin eru 25 fm og vel útbúin, með eldhúsi, baðherbergi og sófahorni. Morgunverður er framreiddur í körfum og er innifalinn í verði.

Cosy 4-beds room with private bathroom

Cosy room for 4 people with private bathroom in well-equipped guesthouse. It is located in small Icelandic village Bakkafjörður and it ensures a peaceful stay close to wild nature. You can see mountains and reindeer walking on campsite area just through the window. There is a big double bed and a bunk bed. The room has a kitchenette with a microwave and a small table with chairs. We offer towels, shower gel and hair dryer in bathroom. Self serve breakfast included. Acces to common areas.

Grásteinn guesthouse, family room - Skemman

Skemman is 50m2 studio apartment on two floors, suitable for 5 persons. Private entrance and hall. Bathroom on both floors, downstairs with a shower, toilet, sink but upstairs only toilet and a sink. Double bed downstairs, a kitchenette and a kitchen table. The kitchen has a fridge, hob, sink and kettle, and tableware. The upper floor is with a sloping ceiling and there are 3 bed cabinets with 120 cm mattresses. An armchair and a stool, a small table and chairs. Breakfast included, always <3

Grásteinn guesthouse, Fjósið

Stay in beautifully decorated rooms in modern farmhouse style. We are a working sheep farm so feel free to ask to meet the animals. All rooms have private bathrooms and access to kitchen in the family house. Opened in May 2018 new and comfy beds, seating corner and a spacious bathroom with a bathtub.

Lyngholt Guesthouse

6 bedrooms with 3 shared bathrooms, a well eqipped kitchen with a dish washer and a living room area. Rooms are of different sizes in this old beautiful house which has all been renovated. Towels are included along with a hairdryer and a washing machine and a dryer for guests.

Ásgarður - A cozy home by the seaside

Please note - during the period of Dec 14th to Jan 11th we will only be able to accept long term stays. Our home is old and quite small but very cosy. It is located by the seaside with a view over the whole fjord; the sea and the mountains.

Studio on Langanes peninsula

Our cozy studio's comfortably fits two, on the premises you'll find a hot tub and cafe-bar to enjoy. Set along the Lonsá river this is an outpost for bird-watching, hiking, angling, nature- and bird photographing. A working sheep farm.
