The suite has two bedrooms each with king size beds, one bathroom, media room/office space, full kitchen and full laundry. There is a large outdoor covered patio space with outdoor dining, lounging and BBQ.

Welcome to my home in James Bay, Victoria's oldest neighbourhood - walking distance to downtown sights, museums, shopping, dining, nature and more! Spacious guest room with creature comforts, perfect for business travel or vacationing singles or couples who want to get out and experience beautiful Victoria. Relax and unwind steps from the Inner Harbour, Empress Hotel, Ogden Point breakwater, Beacon Hill Park and downtown to the sound of horse-drawn carriages. Please note there is no kitchen.

The Sea Nest - A welcoming oasis for all is located within Colwood, part of Greater Victoria. (Provincial Registration # H420984100. Municipal Licence # 5533.) A beautiful studio and patio with its own private entrance. It is 15 to 20 minutes from Victoria and is on a bus route. Walk 1/2 a block to a 3 Km beach, look across at Victoria and the Olympic Mountains and you may see otters and whales. Across Esquimalt Lagoon, a bird sanctuary, is Dunsmuir castle, part of Royal Roads University.

Nearby, you’ll find charming farms and restaurants. The closest bus stop is 2 km away. Your suite includes a fridge, microwave, Keurig, and kettle for basic meal prep. No smoking or scented products, please!

Located in the beautiful Royal Bay neighborhood, we are walking distance to a number of trails and parks, such as Esquimalt Lagoon and The Beachlands. Just a short drive to downtown Langford and about 25 minutes to downtown Victoria. The suite has its own entrance and boasts a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living space, table for two, free wifi, in-suite laundry, baseboard heating and an AC unit to keep you comfortable!
