Welcome to Fraser Creek Cabin. It is situated on 10 acres surrounded by West Coast rain forest in a quiet rural area. Stroll through the woods to enjoy a refreshing swim in Prospect Lake - there is no lake view from the cabin. Close to Commonwealth Place, Butchart Gardens, wineries, parks/lakes where you can picnic and swim. A 20 minute drive to downtown Victoria. Relax on the back deck while enjoying the birds and the night stars. Fresh eggs from our happy chickens, coffee and tea are provided.

This unique property has all the amenities of a resort. Lake & beach with protected swim area, dock (no boat moorage) 2 minute walk from the house. Amenities include pool, tennis/pickle ball basketball courts, volleyball net, pitch and putt, frisbee golf(ALL OPEN SEASONALLY) children's playground. Close by hiking, walking, and biking trail networks, access to the Kinsol Trestle. Walking distance to Shawnigan Lake School. Cowichan Valley is a mecca of wineries and unique dinning opportunities.

Perched high on a ridge in a quiet cul-de-sac 25 minutes from Victoria and Sooke, and encompassed by raw natural beauty with a breathtaking 180-degree backdrop of Lookout Lake and mountains. Please note that during 04-05/2025 we will be renovating and expanding our service offering, including sleeping up to 4, kitchen with cooktop, full BBQ, fridge/freezer, large screen surround sound TV, bedroom TV, new furniture. Rates will be adjusted in June.

You'll have an amazing stay at this newly renovated inner city oasis. This beautiful 1/4 property features private dock, hot tub, BBQ, fireplace, kayaks, and access to amazing fishing. With southern full sun exposure. The home has two basement suites with the caretaker living in one of them. The yard and common areas will only be accessed for maintenance. The house comes with 3 bedrooms (4 beds) and 2 bath sleeping up to 6. The views of the lake from within the house are breathe taking.

Welcome to Barb's By the Lake. Large, bright self contained one bedroom lower suite. Private patio door entrance. Rustic, quiet location. Across the street from pristine Florence Lake. Two minute drive to Costco. Loads of shopping, restaurants, recreational facilities, walking trails and 5 minutes to the highway so it's quick to head downtown or up island. I put a lot of love into making my suite comfortable and cozy including hand painted furniture and bathroom floor. Really comfy bed too.

Cozy Cordova Bay suite with Ocean View

Cozy lower level space w/an ocean view, private entrance & patio. Great for couples. 5 mins from Cordova Bay beaches, Elk Lake, Mattick’s Farm, Gigis Deli & market, Adrienne's Restaurant, Cordova Bay Golf Course, Mount Douglas & more. 15 mins from the ferry & downtown (by car). Enjoy a king sized bed and a loveseat for watching TV. The loveseat is not big enough to sleep on. Pls inform me of any breakfast preferences. *Please note that the space has a lot of stairs to get to the house.
