This is a timeshare we own and the availability will be known when we make a reservation request with specific dates. A unit will be assigned like a hotel when you check in. You will be staying as our guests.

Ko Tiki Terrace restaurant is on ground floor by the pool. Laundry rooms are on the 4th, 8th and 12th floors. The King size bed is wide and comfortable.
