Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Huset ligger uppe på en höjd med utsikt över den lummiga trädgården. I huset finns 1 dubbelsäng, litet bord med stolar, TV, kylskåp, kaffebryggare & toalett med handfat, dock ej dusch. Dusch och tvättmaskin finns tillgängligt i huvudhuset i källaren med egen ingång om så önskas. Barnsäng vid behov. Sängkläder, handdukar & städning ingår.

You will have a memorable experience because of the views, the beautiful location, the garden, and the jetty with it’s sundeck. Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

With excellent public transport connections, you’ll enjoy the perfect balance of city access and nature. Our home was built in 2018 and features a timeless Scandinavian design with a modern touch. The house offers 200 square meters of living space, spread across four floors, and includes a spacious rooftop terrace with a 360° panoramic view and a large hot tub.

This newly built mini-villa boost 40sqm living space + 25sqm spacious loft space. Underfloor heating, washing machine, dishwasher, nespresso included in the house. With a lovely view overlooking the valley of Lännersta and a nature reserve on the door step you also have 200m to bus stop ~20 minutes to stockholm city, 500 meters to beach & restaurants (the old smokehouse). Max 2 adults with 2 children (children can sleep in the loft space) and they can use the trampoline.

Hjärtligt välkommen till vår mysiga lägenhet i ett lugnt område nära Stockholm. På gångavstånd finns både sjö och hav, fin natur, en bra restaurang (The Old Smokehouse) och en matbutik. Bra kommunikationer till Stockholm. Busshållplatsen ligger i slutet av gatan och det tar 20–30 min att ta sig till och från Slussen. Vi är en svensk-fransk familj som även pratar tyska och engelska. På förfrågan finns även möjlighet att beställa frukost och att hyra cykel.

Mysigt hus i lugnt område, med buss till slussen.

Mysig stuga på kort avstånd från Stockholms C. Bussar till och från Slussen tar ca 25-30 min, buss 414 och 442. Vi tar gärna gäster som vill hyra till och med juni 2026. Passar exempelvis 2 studenter. Det finns sjöar, hav och vandringsleder i närheten. Närmaste mataffär finns på 5 minuters promenadavstånd och andra affärer med systembolag finns 2 km bort. Huset har parkering och utemöbler. El, wifi, vatten & värme ingår i priset.
