Observe wildlife during the day, and the stars, planets and constellations at night in our new Observation Treehouse deep in the Guatemalan jungle. We are a Five Star/Super Host Airbnb. We are also the only non-party host in the entire area. Hike our private mountains, take our Educational Tour, and Chocolate Making class in the home of a local Mayan Family. No partying.

B’antiox Guesthouse is located deep in the Guatemala jungle just 350 meters from Semuc Champey. We are a private nature reserve and sanctuary hosting lots of exotic birds, plants and wildlife. We offer a free educational tour of the reserve as well as a chocolate making class. We are not a party place.
