Cozy private garden-level apartment within our home. Queen bed, futon, and full bath with amenities. Your kitchen has everything you need to make a nice meal. 2 miles to MSU, 20 min to Sparrow/Capitol, 10 min to Lake Lansing. The backyard is absolutely breathtaking with a swimming pool and outdoor seating for you to enjoy. Dining options, the best groceries, and public transportation are all walking distance! We live upstairs with our 2 cairn terriers and will be sharing the yard with you.

Decor is kept in clean and earthy colors. The entry is semi-private from Garage. Guests will enter through the garage into the home and then immediately find the access door to the basement.
