Lähimpään naapuriin on 500m. Oma piha ja sähköauton lataus 15€ koko majoittumisenne ajalta Katuvalot eivät häiritse. Alakerrassa on viihtyisä tupakeittiö, sauna ja kylpyhuone. Tämä mökki majoittaa 7 henkeä parhaimmillaan, mutta toimii parhaiten alle kuuden hengen kera. Alakerrasta löytyy eteinen, tupakeittiö upealla takalla, sauna, pesuhuone, wc sekä makuuhuone.
