White sandy beach just 300 meters away known for its singing sands. the place is just between the beach and Kanieru lake, popular for fishermen. Small supermarkets, fish market and restaurants just 5 min walk from the place. The house was fully renovated and has new floors, roof, windows, walls, fully new washing room with shower, kitchen, furniture etc.
