Spacious 45 sqm 1-bedroom (not studio) unit in One Pacific Residence, Mactan Newtown. Newly reopened in February, 2025 with brand new appliances and furniture. 55" Google TV with Netflix and broadband internet. Combi blinds on glass walls and Philippine culture inspired paintings from local Cebuano artists. We own a parking slot that we can share for free. Guests with car do not need to park at nearby paid and uncovered parking. Access to Mactan Newtown beach at PHP 350 per guest.

Amenities include swimming pool, and kids play area. Everything you will need, like coffee shops, restaurants, convenience stores, groceries, laundromat and pharmacy are all within walking distance including the Private Beach. Private Beach entrance fee is 350 per person, free for children 6 years old and under.
