Questa residenza offre un'ottima posizione geografica per gli amanti della natura e per coloro che desiderano esplorare le meraviglie del Gran Sasso e della Majella, due delle catene montuose più spettacolari e affascinanti d'Italia. A pochi passi dalla proprietà, potrete immergervi nella magia dei sentieri e panorami della Majella che portano a importanti eremi come quelli di Santo Spirito e San Bartolomeo.

Villa Rādyca

Villa Rādyca (1150m above sea level) consists of 6 bedrooms (16 beds), a living room, a kitchen, 4 bathrooms and a games room ... for a total of over 200sqm. It is located in "Le Scalate", a green residential area in Villa Celiera, within Gran Sasso-Monti della Laga National Park, between Mt. Morrone and Merletti di Villa Celiera rocky spurs, with views of the surrounding mountains, and is also a few kilometres from the Piana del Voltigno. Pescara and the beach are 40km away.

The residence is surrounded by nature, from which you can admire the beauty of the typical Abruzzo landscape, the north side of the mountains of Gran Sasso and the west side of the maritime landscape. The place offers a super relaxing and recreational atmosphere at the same time; it is in fact possible to have fun with various activities such as free walks and mountain biking. About 8 km from the sea and Atri, one of the most beautiful pre-Roman villages in Italy.

A pochi minuti dal mare e dalle piste da sci, immerso nelle colline del Pescarese ma a soli 25 minuti dal mare, a 40 minuti dalla montagna e a 5 minuti di auto si trova l’autostrada. É consentito l’accesso a cani di sola PICCOLA taglia. La villa è abitata dai proprietari di casa nel piano superiore ma saranno presenti prevalentemente solo per il check-in e la manutenzione del giardino, mentre invece gli ospiti avranno la piena privacy e autonomia del piano terra.

Country House Villa Gigina

Villa Gigina sorge su un terreno di 1000 mq che appartiene alla mia famiglia da generazioni. Ricostruita dopo il terremoto, attualmente la struttura ospita, oltre alla country house, due appartamenti e un laboratorio di ebanisteria e scultura lignea. E' arredata in stile decisamente country, con particolare riferimento al periodo che va dai favolosi anni '20 agli anni '60. Inutile girarci intorno, se ti piace questo stile di arredamento, HAI GIA' SCELTO!

Villa Barricello

Stone farm house which has been beautifully restored in a very sympathetic style. The main bedroom is on the ground floor, making it accessible to wheelchair users. This property, located in a village called Villa Cupoli in Abruzzo, Italy is about 50 minutes drive from Pescara airport and about 20 minutes from the larger town of Penne. GPS is recommended for total enjoyment of all that Abruzzo has to offer. We can accommodate 6 people No pets

Villino Maria Pia, appartamento in centro L'Aquila

Rilassati in questo spazio molto tranquillo a pochi passi dal centro. Il villino di cui l'alloggio indipendente fa parte è di nuova costruzione e si trova nella zona residenziale della Villa Comunale a pochi passi da piazza Duomo, dalla famosa basilica di Collemaggio e dalla Porta Santa. L'alloggio è dotato di arredamento moderno e giardino riservato. Gli animali da noi sono i benvenuti. Non ci sono problemi di parcheggio.

La Casa nei Vigneti 10, Emma Villas

La Casa nei Vigneti, once an 18th century farmhouse, was completely renovated in 2003, respecting all the original architectural features as much as possible. In some zones of the house, parts of the original structure in stone and earth emerge, typical of farmhouses of that time, but skilfully restructured with anti-seismic adaptation.
