Well mannered, house trained dogs are welcome, no cats. Has parking available in the alley by the chain link fencing + a small, fully fenced back yard. Just a 5-minute walk to Holliday Park, where your family can enjoy a relaxing stroll...AND a 5 minute drive to Cheyenne Regional Airport & Hospital.

Our one bedroom condo is located off I 25, minutes to CFD, grocery, shopping, restaurants, gas, museums and greenway bike/walking path. The kitchen has all the necessary amenities. One queen sized bed, dresser, side tables and TV are in the bedroom, a queen sofa sleeper, desk and counter height bar stools are in the main living area. I have provided Extra linens, towels, blankets, pillow, Cleaning supplies and extra bathroom/kitchen items. The vanity is separate from the water closet.

Built in 1916 outside of FE Warren AFB for base housing. Ten years later, Shotgun Blue and it’s two sisters, located next door, found their permanent home. Shotgun Blue has an extra long driveway , too!

Welcome to Cheyenne! We invite you to stay at our two story home during your stay! Kitchen with all new appliances, a living room upstairs and down, three bedrooms upstairs, one bedroom downstairs (with an overflow bunk in the downstairs living room). Sit outside at night under the new gazebo and relax next to the propane fire table. Much nicer experience than a hotel room!

The Patio Suite

This suite was built in 2020 and is located on a quite cul-de-sac in a beautiful north location right off Interstate 25. It is completely self contained. Pull up in your private driveway, enter the access code, and enjoy. This property features a luxurious interior as well as a spacious private patio. This is a walk-out basement suite part of a home.
