Beautiful family home with Austrian hinted styles, decorated with natural tints and vintage materials. We bought this 1906-build home for its distinctive features and amble light. Modernized it as far as we could (floor heating!). Four bedrooms, two bathrooms. The home embodies cosyness. There are two fireplaces (one gas fired and one wood-fired). A 5 min walk to shops and restaurants, 8 min to trainstation (Amsterdam: 40 mins). Next to forest reserve "Lage Vuursche" (bike, hike, mtb, drinks)

The house offers 5 bedrooms and has a large garden. Free use of city bikes is included. At the end of our street the forest begins. Shops are only 2 minutes away. Amsterdam can be reached in half an hour by train or car. The highway is 2 minutes away so every destination is very easy to reach by car.

Op loopafstand van de altijd gezellige Gijsbrecht van Amstelstraat met traiteurs en speciaalzaken en de Hilversummer Heide.

Klein Landgoed langs Baarn

Klein Landgoed (1 ha) ligt naast Paleis Soestdijk. Vanuit de ruime en luxe natuurvilla wijds uitzicht de natuur in. Groot terras met aangrenzende zwemvijver (30 x 10 m) en bos. Wordt wakker van de vele vogels en eekhoorntjes. Wandelen/fietsen door de bossen, pannenkoeken eten in Lage Vuursche, met de fietsboot naar Spakenburg of winkelen in Amsterdam, Amersfoort of Utrecht. Baarnse Bosbad en midgetgolf op loopafstand.

Walking distance to the village centre 10min, supermarket 10min, harbour 10min, woods 5 minutes.

Heerlijk verblijven in een ontspannen, warm , vakantie huis, volledig prive gelegen, in de rust van de Eempolder. Charmwood bevindt zich in de polder tussen de boerderijen. Voor het huis aan de dijk begint een beschermd vogel broedgebied waar het heerlijk wandelen is. Vooral in de vroege ochtend of aan het einde van de dag is het genieten van de meest waanzinnige zonsop-of ondergangen.

Lief rietgedekt vissershuisje uit 1870 in het oude dorp van Huizen. Rustig gelegen in een klein hofje zonder autoverkeer, met een tuin en overdekte zithoek met buitenhaard. Gratis parkeren op 50 meter van het huis. Flexibele tijden voor aankomst en vertrek. Welkom met potje honing van de eigen bijenstand!

Gezellige villa tussen de bossen en hei

Mooi huis in rustige villawijk in het Gooi. Mooie voortuin en achterpatio met barbeque en trampoline en altijd wel een plekje in de zon. Eigen fietsen kunnen worden meegenomen en veilig gestald achter de poort. Er is slaapplek voor 4 volwassenen, 1 kind en 1 baby/peuter.
