We are PARADISE COTTAGE, and the standards of super host are status quo! We're ready for you! Although only 2 miles from the Gulf, we're on high ground! We are on a Priority One Energy Grid. With over 300 huge potted plants, many trees, etc we live in a lush tropical "Paradise". Our guests' highest praises include private, quiet, serene, safe and secluded; attributes we're fortunate to claim We have no neighbors while being so close to so much. We have a beautiful pond in the back. Perfect for you to relax and BBQ while enjoying our wonderful Florida weather. The house has a Smart TV, Internet w/Wi-Fi, dishwasher, washer, dryer, and much more. Everything you need to make your stay perfect. We are close to great shopping, dining and to some of Florida's best beaches.

Boho Beach Condo

UPDATE: This condo community was NOT affected by the hurricane. I am very fortunate. There was NO flooding or wind damage. Kick back and relax at this roomy 1 bed, 1 bath boho beach condo. This community offers a heated pool, bbq grills and reserved, onsite laundry and parking. Stroll down the sidewalk (half mile to beach) and take in the fresh, gulf breezes as you enjoy Indian Rocks Beach. Beautiful sunsets, amazing food and a calm, relaxing beach community awaits you!

Seaside Artisan Apartment 6

This Airbnb offers a unique experience to stay at a mom and pop style retro motel. The property has total of 10 airbnb’s. There is no lobby for the guests, however we do list for rent the owner suit with front desk on airbnb as well. You can find it under “Seaside Artisan Motel Owner Suit”. This Airbnb is walking distance from the restaurants, shops and bars in Dunedin. It’s about 4 miles away from Honeymoon Island and about 6 miles from Clearwater Beach.

Upper Old Oaks Bungalow 15 min to Clearwater Beach

NOTE: We lost two big trees in the backyard so the paving walkway is a little out of sorts & the train track in the back is visible. Please check post-hurricane photos of the backyard. We priced it accordingly. If any of these concern you, we encourage you to book elsewhere. Apartment is newly remodeled. New kitchen & bathroom w/ standing shower (no tub). New photos soon! You're renting half of a duplex. You will be staying upstairs.
