Phoebe's Place at the Edwards House is a basement apartment, perfect for a weekend get-away or week-stay! Phoebe's Place is 450 sq. ft., has a full size kitchen, living room, dining room, two small bathrooms and one bedroom, with a full size bed. The living room sofa turns into a full size bed. Maximum capacity is four.
