Is located in the heard of Larnaca, only 100 meters from Finikoudes Beach, 300 meters from St. Lazarus church. Shops, bars, restaurants within a short walking distance. Hospitality is a keyword for us. We offer a clean and safe environment, with a fully equipped kitchen that you can use to cook your meals, a yard where you can rest and relax.

Private, renovated guestroom studio with small garden, part of a 1950s stone-build house in a prestigious Larnaca area. Seven minute walk to the ancient St Lazarous church and town center, ten minute walk to the famous Phinikoudes beach, five minute walk to the untouched old Turkish neighborhoods. Close to all amenities (mini-markets, kiosks, car rentals, petrol stations). The guesthouse has its own little kitchen, private bathroom with walk in shower, and a private garden.

Laundry washing can be done on request for a fee of €6 per load and bikes available to rent for €6 each per day.
