Extraordinary 6-hectare land with incredible trees and unbeatable views, a unique experience to disconnect with family and friends in an area with a mild climate. The house, very well maintained and well equipped for 15 people, with a large pool (may-sep), 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 1 toilet. The living area with 3 areas, a large fireplace and a table for 14+2 people. 2 large fully equipped porches, a south terrace also equipped, barbecue area with wood oven, and a chicken coop.

It is a very quiet and quiet area that allows you to relax and disconnect from the daily stress. 60 m2 cabin, artificial grass of 50m2 with an independent and private plot of 950 m2 fenced with a height of 1.80 meters for your dogs to be free and safe. The space with artificial grass has a jacuzzi heated all year round to 38/40°, sun loungers, pergola and table, you will be surrounded by nature.
