Within 3 blocks are the 1912 Building, 2 schools, East City Park, county & city offices, library, post office, farmers market, & downtown Moscow. The U of I is just beyond, & WSU is a 15 min. drive. The self-contained LOWER level of the house consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, laundry/mudroom, & an open living space spanning the kitchen, dining, & living room. A large fenced yard make it kid & pet friendly too.

Aunt Patricia's Cozy, 2 Bedroom Bed and Breakfast

I have 2 private, bedrooms, that share a roomy bathroom. It is a suite. It is not a complete house. If you wish to reserve the 2nd bedroom, it is an additional $30 per person per night. If there are only two people, but wish to have separate bedrooms it is an extra $30 a night, mark your reservation as three people and that will give you the second bedroom. Enjoy a stocked refrigerator and microwave in a nice seating area. A continental breakfast will be provided.I look forward to meeting you.

We have pictures of this house dating back to approximately 1917 it was the farmhouse of 160 acre homestead just on the edge of Moscow Idaho. Our 8 acres are bordered by the University of Idaho Arboretum , have a good view, nice sunsets . We have one horse and one mule and five chickens. The South Fork of the Palouse river runs through our property. But you can jump across it. The City bicycle park is across the street. Dog is ok.

the Singing Dog B&B (Bed and Bone) outside Deary, ID, invites you to stay and play in the adjacent Clearwater National Forest. Well-behaved pets are welcome, but not required. Forest roads, trails, and rail-beds abound for hiking, biking, xc-skiing, 4-wheeling, snowmobiling. Owners' 2-acre pond is stocked with small-mouth bass, blue gill, and crappie for license-free fishing, and a canoe and kayak are available for your use in warmer weather.
