All are welcome to stay in my quiet property, not far from the town centre. With its own patio and parking space(s), it is attached to my home but has a separate entrance and is completely private. You’re welcome to use my garden with its sheltered hammock - perfect for shade in the heat or for shelter if it's raining. It can be converted to a double bed-swing too. Enjoy the books and games provided, small free weights and yoga mat, or make use of the KitchenAid and do some baking. Indulge!

There are convenient transport links, including a 40-minute walk or a quick taxi to Warrington train stations, which offer a 20-minute journey into Manchester or Liverpool centre. Discount of 10% available at a local Mediterranean restaurant on check-in. Advise about other local amenities on request.

This delightful “Guest Studio” is situated just a short 3 minute stroll from the centre of Lymm village, where you will find good restaurants, pubs & bars. The “Guest Studio” is at the end of our garden and therefore separated over 100 yards from our main house. You will have your own separate entrance and there is a guest private parking space immediately outside. The “Guest Studio” overlooks our garden which you are more than welcome to use in the vicinity of the “Studio”.
