Unsere Umgebung strahlt Ruhe und Entspannung aus, fernab der Hektik des Alltags. Bei uns finden Sie nicht nur eine Unterkunft, sondern ein Zuhause, in dem Sie die Herzlichkeit und die Schönheit des Landlebens genießen können.

Val Zebrù - Baite di Pecè immerse nella natura.

Appartamento in zona isolata nella stupenda Val Zebrù del Parco Nazionale dello Stelvio. Ottimo per passare una vacanza al contatto con la natura ricca di flora e fauna selvatica. Riscaldamento a legna, l’energia elettrica è fornita da un impianto fotovoltaico. Nella zona non vi è connessione telefonica, ma è presente una connessione wi-fi in baita, inoltre vicino vi sono due ristori dove si possono degustare i cibi locali. La baita è raggiungibile a piedi o con le jeep autorizzate al transito.

Situated at the ground floor of a corner row house, the flat appears bright and welcoming, placing particular emphasis on a contemporary interior and selected pieces of art and design. The apartment, fully renovated in 2022, is ideally suited for families, couples and group of friends, the perfect starting point for any sports and cultural activities.

Unique design apartment in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Die Kücheninsel ist mit bequemen Barstühlen ausgestattet, die man als Arbeits-Ess- und Spieletisch nutzen kann. Der Boraherd ist für Hobbyköche eine schöne Ergänzung. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit Schrank und Doppelbett (160x200m) normal ausgestattet. Zum besseren Schlaf haben wir die Emma Matratze gewählt. Modernes Bad. A 15 minuti da Bolzano e Merano si trova un elegante appartamento di 65mt a due piani con ingresso autonomo,composto da soggiorno\cucina, una camera da letto (letto francese) e un bagno, per offrirvi un confortevole soggiorno. L’appartamento si trova in una posizione adatta per raggiungere in pochi minuti i famosi mercatini di Natale. L’appartamento si trova in un castello del 16 secolo. Al pianoterra del castello si trova un piccolo ristorante, dove è possibile trascorrere una bella serata.

Unsere Unterkunft liegt mitten in der Natur abseits von Trubel und Hektik. Wir verwöhnen Sie mit köstlichen hofeigenen Produkten. Ihre Kinder finden einen idealen Platz zum Toben und Spielen.
